FAQ

  • I saw something on your social media page that isn't available here. Can I still order it?
    Yes! We can create other items that you may see posted on our social accounts. If you have an idea for a custom piece, please reach out. Prices will vary depending on the project.
  • Do you provide proofs of items before you make them?
    Unfortunately, we cannot provide proofs of the items we provide due to time. However, if you have placed a special order, or made a special modification, we can reach out regarding the possibility of a proof.
  • I want a bigger map than 10.5" x18". Can you do that?
    Yes, we can make your map bigger! If you have any special requests, please reach out to us using our contact form and we can discuss your request.
  • Help! There's more than one lake with the same name!
    Don't worry, when you order you can specify your lake with coordinates or the nearest city or town. We will reach out if there is any confusion.
  • Are the lake maps actually exact?
    We make every effort to accurately capture the bathymetry of each lake, however, they are intended to be illustrative. Sometimes small-scale features, such as very small islands, will not be able to be included. Please contact us if there is a feature that you need to make sure is included in your map.
  • I see 2-layer and 7-layer lake maps. Can you make maps with a different number of layers?
    Yes we can. We have found that 2-layer and 7-layer are great for getting the detail of a lake, but we can do more or fewer layers. Please reach out using our contact form if you wish to have a different number of layers included.
  • Should the coordinates for my lake by in degrees, minutes, seconds, or can I provide decimal degrees?
    Either degrees, minutes, seconds or decimal degrees are acceptable formats for locating your lake. If you requested the coordinates to be included on the map, we will include it in the format you provided.
  • How long until my item ships?
    Because your Stone Table item is designed just for you, please allow up to 15 business days before it's ready. You can either pick it up locally if you are in the North/East GTA or we can ship it to you. Shipping times will vary depending on your location.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    We currently only ship to Canada. But, we do provide free standard shipping on any orders to Canada over $199.
  • Can I return my item for a refund?
    Unfortunately, due to the custom nature of each piece, we cannot accept any returns or refunds. Exceptions can be made for items damaged in shipping. Please provide a photo of damage within 24 hours receipt of the product and email stone.table.creations@gmail.com and we will work with you to make it right.
  • Oops! I need to cancel my order or update my shipping address.
    Please contact us within 3 days to cancel an order and include your order number found in your confirmation email. If your shipping address needs to be updated, please contact us as soon as possible. Addresses cannot be updated once the order has shipped.
